More about Tereza
I studied anthropology and language studies, which led me to a career in emergency interpreting and translation. Working in high-stakes situations taught me to listen deeply, empathize with people from different backgrounds, and understand behavior in context. I’ve carried these skills into UX research, uncovering user insights to improve the digital experience of e-commerce platforms. My interests include UX research, UX/UI design, and environmental anthropology.
I am now growing into service design, aiming to apply anthropological thinking to create more inclusive services that work well for everyone involved.
Reflection on the Mentorship Program
I am grateful for the mentorship program and for working with Hermann. He shared his experience openly and helped me gain confidence in my direction. I learned the importance of storytelling and presenting my work clearly, as well as understanding the dynamics of different work contexts. I value the relationship we built and look forward to staying in touch.
